Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. For me, this journey began long before I started planning a route across the country. It started at home, watching my daughter, Mary Kate, navigate the daily challenges of type 1 diabetes with incredible strength. This ride is my way of turning that family experience into a nationwide conversation. Not just as a cyclist, but as a father who believes that with enough collective effort, we can find a cure.
Setting out from the coast of Washington this summer is the biggest adventure of my life, and I’d love for you to be a part of it.
